If you choose to pay via wire transfer or check, please be aware that your registration will remain pending until we receive the transfer. Any delays in receiving funds may lead to cancellation of your registration.

Refund Policy
CORE Group strongly recommends that attendees explore trip insurance when booking flights, hotels, etc. Please ensure that such insurance covers issues such as COVID-19 should that be of concern.
60+ Days Prior to Conference: 100% Refund
30-59 Days Prior to Conference: 50% Refund
Less Than 29 Days Prior to Conference: No Refund will be provided
CORE Group shall not be held liable for failure to perform its reasonably expected conference obligations if such failure or delay is the result of an 'act of God', such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo, or failure of electrical service, or community gathering or travel restrictions due to local and/or federal health advisories and recommendations.
CORE Group cannot make exceptions to this refund policy except in cases of family bereavement. Speaker are encouraged to substitute a colleague if they are no longer able to attend.
GHPC 2024 registration is non-transferrable.
